What a summer it has been so far! We just got back from an amazing 2700km road trip through the interior of BC which was a partial mountain biking/camping holiday along with a bit of work. I taught classes in Vernon, and in the Nelson area and introduced over 150 people this wonderful ancient art of fermentation.
Summer is the perfect time of the year to learn how to make cheese. Not only are our gardens producing all the necessary bits accompany the cheeses you make, the whey protein is terrific to use on acid loving plants such as blueberries and tomatoes. And let's not forget a lovely glass of BC Rose......
I have some great "Just the Cheese Please" 2 hour classes at Madd Acres this summer. This fall I will be doing a lot of traveling so check my website to see if I will be your WHEY this fall....until then......CHEESE ON!
