"Blanc" canvas....

I lovingly call Chevre and Fromage Blanc my "blank canvas". I tell students to add spice and oils for taste. Bontanicals and herbs for colour and texture...play and be creative. Make it memorable. Let's throw more colour and spice on whatever our "canvas" may be in 2016!
