Host your own hand crafted cheese making day!

Embark on the journey of slow food and the world of crafted cheeses with Paula. You will be taken into the world of sumptuous flavour, history,  craft and food as medicine.  Paula's classes are comprehensive, fun and delicious!

Design your own class and learn about the various types of cheeses and how to craft them.  Classes inlude fresh soft cheeses(chevre or Fromage Blanc), soft, mold ripened cheese(camembert/brie), Blue, cheese, Feta, pressed cooked curd (Gouda/havarti), cheddar and the cheddaring process and mozzarella using a rapid acidification process as well as culutre/lipase.

Crafting these cheeses will allow for a good understanding of basic and intermediate cheese making fundamentals. Ingredients and instructions are included to replicated the class at home.
